Every time I teach a cooking class, I come away a better cook. I work with my students in an environment of shared learning. We make messes. We try new things. We taste and taste again. We have a blast.

I've taught hands-on cooking classes for Sur La Table, The Cook's Shop, and the Potomac Highlands Food & Farm Initiative. I've also led factory tours for Scharffen Berger Chocolate Maker. Every class is a new experience.
