things I do

Editing: For the past few years I’ve been an editor with the recipe website Simply Recipes. I still do some freelance work on the side.

Teaching:  I've been teaching cooking classes for ten years. My students and I work in an environment of shared learning. We make messes. We try new things. We taste and taste again. We have a blast. 

Check The Seasoned Farmhouse in Columbus, OH for my current schedule. I've taught for Sur La Table, The Cook's Shop, and the Potomac Highlands Food & Farm Initiative. I've also led factory tours for Scharffen Berger Chocolate Maker.
