Recipe Development & Testing: I do not stop until my result is delicious, foolproof, and worth the time of its intended audience. I've been testing recipes long enough to spot potential problem areas and nip them in the bud. I've been developing recipes long enough to avoid problem areas altogether. Clients include 84.51 (Kroger), Simple Feast, Scharffen Berger Chocolate Maker (The Essence of Chocolate), Martha Holmberg (Puff, Crepes: 50 Savory and Sweet Recipes), Ivy Manning (Crackers & Dips: More than 50 Handmade Snacks), and Rosemary Gong (Good Luck Life).
Teaching: I've been teaching cooking classes for ten years. My students and I work in an environment of shared learning. We make messes. We try new things. We taste and taste again. We have a blast.
